Lotus Leaf Rice with Abalone and Dried Scallop 荷鮑飯
One of Alvin favorite rice dish. Using "Ah Yat" Braised Australian Abalone in Brown Sauce. Taste is rich and not too wet but can definitely taste the Abalone sauce in the rice. Using ingredients like chicken, dried scallop and mushroom which it gives a very filling complicated palate. Excellent choice for dinner just to go with boiled vegetable.
