Pineapple Fried Rice 菠蘿炒飯
Lisa loved cooking and her specialty is pairing cuisine with fruit. Hand picked the best organic pineapple fresh from her back garden. Lisa spends time to empty and fill up the pineapple with Thai rice and Tiger Prawn which she selected fresh from Wanchai wet market in the morning. This is a well known beloved dish in Cheung's family.
