Prepared by Karl with dedication using really young ZhanJiang, China Mutton was weight about 33kg then after preparation leaving around 18kg meat with skin and bone. and the best ingredients he can get hold of like mushrooms, gingers, dried beancurd, sugar canes and water chestnuts. The nasty gamy smell of Mutton are no more.
